The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order and you will be responsible for all shipping fees, but only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products are brand new and of high quality. If a defect arises, please contact our Customer Service and we can offer you an exchange. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
When can get my money back?
Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within 7 days from the notification of the return of your item.If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within three working days. This can take a bit longer for credit cards, and you should see the money in your account within seven working days.Paypal can take up to two working days.
